Coaches: Lisa Delzio and Jess Griesinger
Seasonal record: 8-12
Brewster Varsity Softball had a great season this year. Even though it didn’t end like how they wanted it, they had some excellent highlights including: their pitcher Giana Kusterer reaching 250 strikeouts, Carly Krebs being their home run hitter, Emma Mariella being an excellent defensive third base, Lola LaLuna being fierce at the plate, and Ava Medina firing throws in at home. On top of this, they had their cancer game in support of Mrs. Chalmers and even made it to quarterfinals in Section 1.
Next season they look forward to coming back better than ever, getting ahead in their record and bringing back the softball program that Brewster is known for. The team hopes to bring into the new season their contagious energy, laughs and giggles, and hardworking spirit. Towards the end of this past season, they’ve shown teams their true potential, and cannot wait to build off of that in the 2027 season!
