JV Softball
Coach: Richard Hennessy
Seasonal record: 8-8
The team did an amazing job of keeping the energy up and staying positive during hard games. The group would like to personally shout out Bailey Charbonneau because even though she couldn’t play for some of the season because of her ankle, she was always there to support her teammates, and when she was able to play, she put her all into the game. This team was truly amazing and they hope all the younger girls continue to play softball because they can do some amazing things. Looking ahead, the team hopes they all continue to work hard and have fun with each other.

Girls Track and Field
Captains: Alex Agustin, Michelle Di Carlo, Jeannah Dossous, Olivia Francis, Nia Lurin, and Brissia Portillo
Coaches: Michael Bellucci, Lindsay Cavanaugh, and Will Ford
The spring track season was very successful both individually and as a team. While unable to practice on our school’s track became a challenge for everyone, the girls still continuously pushed through this obstacle throughout the season. Once again, our girls throwers led by Jeannah Dossous and Brissia Portillo was the most dominant, highest scoring group in Putnam or Dutchess County for the 4th season in a row. Jeannah went on to achieve All-League and All-Section titles, becoming county champion, and finishing second in Section 1. The girls sprinters continued to grow throughout the season with a number of personal bests and championship medalists, with Olivia Francis medaling in the 400 meter dash. The distance girls all went far this season with multiple sectional medalists. Also, Charly Handal also achieved an All-County title in multiple events.
Bear Facts hopes that Varsity Baseball, Boys Tennis, and Varsity Boys Lacrosse had excellent seasons!
