Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 of a 10 oz. jar of Major Grey’s chutney, finely chopped
1 – 2 teaspoons curry powder
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well with fork
Pack into your serving dish and cover w/plastic wrap (OR, roll into ball or log and roll in more chopped pecans)
Refrigerate overnight
Serve at room temperature with crackers or garlic bagel chips
